Surprising quality sound Great service
Just received my Bugera V55HD What a wonderful little amp I've always been a Fender guy this amp hints at that vintage sound I love Very sensitive to speaker selection Played through 4x12 Celestion 80/70s that seemed a bit muted Tried Celestion 4x12 Rocket 50s the amp voiced a brighter more articulate sound I'm waiting to get a few more options in The amp does seem to do a classic clean very well If you are looking for a heavy gainy sound This one won't get you there without help As for the customer service Beyond compare, top notch, My customer Engineer, Dave Snow, is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable He is fully engaged in doing the best for his clients Over all a great experience both in product and service Well done Sweetwater Well done

In love with Bugera!
UPDATE!!! Since I had a stereo setup before, I didn't think twice and I left the impendance at 8 ohms, but once I switched it correctly to 4 ohms... Ohhh sweet momma!!! Now I know what people were talking about!!! I won't be returning this one! Beautiful, beautiful amp all the way! Look at my picture!!! Awesome piece of equipment! Not my favorite Bugera amp... But gotta give Bugera some props for building this and kther beautiful looking and monster sounding amps for about a thousand bucks less than the big boys... But when it comes to tone... They stand side to side ... I bought this thinking it would sound better than my Bugera 333 since I preffer the tone of a VOX ac30 or Deluxe Reverb rather than a Marshall or Mesa or Peavey whatever the 333 is a clone of, but the 333 is such a beast... It has way more low and high end... Very nice thick harmonic sustain... This amp sounds very thin in comparison... I play it with my 2 cabs loaded with 2x12" Eminence Patriots Swamp Thang 150 watt speakers... And to me the V22 combo sounds better than my setup... Must be the turbosound speaker... Or maybe the EL34's ... But my V55 with 6L6's starts to break up at around 6 ... And the other amp with EL34's don't break up even at 10!!!! Can someone explain that to me? Anyways... It's a beautiful vintage looking amp.... But I thibk I will return it and keep playing my Bugera 333 ... It just sounds way thicker, cleaner and the tone is just better... Which I find very strange....

Oh sweet momma! I have tone!!! Heavenly tone!
This is the most amazing piece of equipment I own besides my 60's strat... And oh my they are a match made in heaven.... Honestly... I used to exclusively play Fender amps... I first got a taste of the Bugera wuality of tone and build when I bought the 333 120 watt amp head for a ridiculous 189 dlls!!!
So I bought two, been using them for a while with my solo project as a stereo setup that sounds freaking amazing!!! Tons of head room! decided to buy the V55hd for a more vintage feel and oh man... Bugera delivered!!! A true masterpiece! From now on I will only play Bugera Amps! Monster tone!

Great Sound
So far so good! I bought the V55HD Infinium and the 212TS speaker cab and it sounds fantastic. i have a Fender Super Sonic 100 and 412 cab and this sounds so much better. It has much better response than my 1965 Super Reverb Reissue as well. The clean channel stays clean cranked and sounds really nice. I have only had this amp for a few days, and I will remain skeptical, but it seems to be a great amp!
